Horrid experience with Vodacom
What a sad experiece with Vodacom shop in Mooiriver Mall. Nizam, Dylan, Christopher, the service centre, Billing department and Kopano Zwane in express department, none giving support. After being a Vodacom client for 15 plus years I did my upgrade at the store mentioned above. What a horrid experience, second day out of box failure with new note 9 (that I found out was NEVER registered on the IMEI network) Device chowed all my data as it tried a software update for more than 48 hours straight and never actually completed such. Dead spots on touch screen. Dismissed as not problematic by guys named above. Reported again, dismissed again, later 7 days gone by. Good for them, now out of box failure does not apply. Spoke to Kopano Zwane who tried but is still failing so far to resolve issue. According to Nizam, the service centre could not find anything wrong(but the huge data bill and the fact that the phone never completed software or any update in over 48hours indicates otherwise) in transferring my info from old device to loan phone back to "repaired" device irreparable damage was done due to loss of personal information. I refused to take the phone back and test it out, but on a promise by Kopano Zwane head office and Nizam Vodacom Mooiriver Mall as it was said by the service centre nothing could be found faulty that should I find anything wrong with the device I will immediately be issued with a new device. I now have a Note 9 with a notepad that mulfunctions intermittendly also first time out of the box the earphones that came with thenote 9 aswell as the s9 upgradedsame time are faulty. These are not cheap bottom of the range phones. With a huge data bill, loads of missing info, loss of glass screen protector that the store attendant ********** prior to sending phone in I am still heavily irate as I am typing this with a malfunctioning keyboard. My phone is where I do my business, it's month end and Vodacom want's thebill paid but the customer doesn'thave thedelightof a functioning device(s). Kopano Zwane and Nizam are missing in action and so arethe empty promises. Samsumg expectsme to send my divice in to them to be checked out...so without a propper phone again for how long and how much info missing again? This could and should have been handled by Cristopher and Nizam on the very first complaint in the store nearly 2 months ago! Yes that is how long I have been battling. Surely someone at Vodacom can man up, replace the out of box failure, the 2 sets of earphones and expenaive screen protector They **********??? Any such person atVodacom that can actually give CUSTOMER SERVICE and give me what I pay for? Lets see... Excuse the typo's as I am sick and tired of editingon this malfunctioning keypad!!!!
