Horrid customer service from Vodacom Business Customer Care line 082 135

I have having a horrid experience with Vodacom Business customer care line 082 135. I sent a request to register and activate an e-Sim on 18 August. On 20 August they sent a QR code which i have been trying with no luck. One of the respondents to my call is a lady called Boitumelo, who just sends one email and proceeds to close a call without verifying whether the e-sim is indeed activated. I have been on and off the phone with them most of today and my e-sim is still not registered.
