Horrible Vodacom service.

I ordered my phone on the 15th of November and I was told that I will get my package in 5 to 7 working days. Firstly the people from Vodacom are very *********** as they told me I cannot have a third party receive the package on my behalf but only to find out it’s possible after speaking to a few consultants.

We are almost at the end of December and I have not received my package because they take 72 hours to update simple information like street address. I asked now that my package to be given to a third party but instead they misspelled the street by one alphabet and now I can’t get my package because of this. I have complained to their customer care email and not a single response from them which indicates their unwillingness to solve customer queries.

Vodacom your service is trash and I must say I no longer want to be a client of Vodacom at this point.
