Horrible upgrade and RAM courier service.

Firstly struggled for days to do just one upgrade on their poorly executed website. Then the courier RAM couldnt find my address and asked me to input it manually, which I tried multiple times and eventually gave up on. Told me the delivery would occur last Thursday which it never did. Then today out of the blue without any notice of delivery, the driver phones me and tells me hes at my home. I wasnt there so I told him to give me 15 minutes to rush home and get my ID document to which he then rudely rep**** he will not wait for me and will leave. After not receiving any indication of when the delivery will take place to then do this is highly unprofessional. I will not be renewing any of my future upgrades from Vodacom as it is more of a mission to do so.
