Horrible unhelpful service
Absolute pathetic service. Consultants are rude and unhelpful. Can't even do a simple contract upgrade after being a customer for +10 years.
Highly disappointed. Will definitely share this on all social media platforms.

28 Jul 2025, 11:53Bull****, since your call on Friday my contract status has gotten worse. I got a call only today and they said my contract upgrade is canceled. Now I am going to to cancel my contract. Vodacom is super disappointing.
