HORRIBLE SERVICE/NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a company VODACOM use to do their repairs. I have sent my cellphone back twice!!! The initial fault on the phone was Screen repair. The phone came back and the speaker was not functional. I sent the phone back and this time the Finger ID was not working and is still not WORKING, ALSO the screen lock time out is not working. It times out after 30seconds of inactivity and can NOT BE CHANGED!!!!! This company sends you a Job nr and their contact nr: ********** where you CAN NOT REACH THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been battling with this Cell phone since January 2019 and the problem persists!!!
