Horrible service to a very basic request!!!
Yet once again people are showing how absolutely **** their service can be!!
Vodacom fibre to the home sales, NAEEM, call me for fibre. I accepted. He then tells me a month later the installion will be completed. ITS NOT!
I then ring him up to which he says he will get back to me, HE NEVER DID!!
Absolutely pathetic NAEEM!!!
