Horrible service that lacks sympathy

I had a worst experience with Vodacom Westgate ,I took a contract with vodacom last year of 4 phones , two of them were tablets and the other 2 were Samsung galaxy A23,after that I insured the the Samsung phones took the boxes with for the details.Last month I made a claim as I have lost one of the phones ,I took the box with me for the details ,when I got to the store I spoke to the insurance consultant Mary she tool my details and provided me with the details of how to do the claim she even blocked the phone and provided me with the ITC ref ,but the details were different from the ones on the box ,I asked her she said those are the details I must get the affidavit and she will assist.When I got home I verified the details with the other phone thinking maybe she made a mistake but still they were different. Went back with the affidavit and after I told her about my concern of the details she checked and confirmed that the details don't match ,after that she went and printed documents to verify only to find that my details which I provided weren't there but the other clients details .after that she said she will call insurance to update which they got back to her saying they won't be able to update as the phone is already lost.ive visited the store more than 5 time and kept on getting the stories that she requested documents from insurance since they are missing ,I called insurance they specifically told me that they don't have any documents the store captured incorrect information and the manager must deal the query.i wet back to the store again only to get the response from the manager that they won't pay my insurance because of the details are incorrect, I told him that it was not my fault but the consultant's. He just dismissed me and even sent a screen shot on my whatsapp showing me of the information and that information he sent want having the other details of other client I'm really angry because that means vodacom doesn't even care about our details they can mix our information and think that is correct what about POPI act doesn't it apply to them ,don't they keep our information safe
