I left the phone in store yesterday to be taken to the repair centre coz no one knows what's happening with it. I will be taking legal action going forward coz you have no interest in assisting me but you have me paying monthly for a faulty phone. I have provided the job number you will see the fault on the job description. I want out of this contract and I will not beg you. Also you will be hearing from ICASA

Still no resolution to my issue. Repair centre brought it back saying they don't know whats wrong with it. What is the way forward?
