Horrible service on contract upgrades and cancellations

This has been an absolutely frustrating experience! Vodacom have made now 3 errors in either upgrading or cancelling my contracts. When querying anything they load a query on the system and ensure me that I will be contacted however no one ever contacts me even though I provide specific contact details. I have been querying my account for over a year and they have now handed it over resulting in additional legal charges. I will never ever use vodacom again! Absolutely pathetic after being a customer for over 7 years this is the level of “customer care” they give loyal account paying customers!
