Horrible service. No respect for costumers time

<p>I've been at a VODACOM shop for over 45 minutes. There are not a lot of people. In fact there were no people in front of me at the queue except for the ones that were being served. 15 minutes inside the shop, my turn comes. Then the agent has to phone somewhere in order to fully service me. She was been on the phone for 20 minutes before anyone could answer the phone on the other end. Eventually the phone gets answered 25minutes later. Another 15 minutes before I could get out of the shop with the phone I came to collect. </p>
