Horrible service - no concrete feedback. I'll keep writing until they do their jobs

Still no concrete feedback on blacklisted phone. It's been 3 plus months. A representative phoned me with no answers saying he will follow up. No feedback as yet. Nothing. Horrible service. They've lost me as a client forever. Worse than dealing with government. See my first post for reference number, I'm not going to waste more time on such a company.
