Horrible service I've never seen

I have never heard such in my life, I received a call from Nobuntu 27th April around 10am. Thinking she will be telling me that my cancelation will be processed and that's it, come to my surprise she is now telling me that my last premium will be in May Bear in mind, when I spoke to Tracy she explained to me that the reason why my last premium will be in April is because I have received benefits for the month of April on the 1st, of which that made sense to me ;cause when I spoke to Ntokozo Nala he told me my last premium will be some 18rand and not telling me that he is actually activating some whatsapp ticket on my number 3 people from the same company telling me 3 different stories, what makes it worse is when I ask Nobuntu to make sure that no premium will be going off my account in May and go get a recording of me and other 2 consultants, guess what? She tells me that is not her job she can only assist me with a cancellation of my contract and m asking her to escalate the matter since she's the one who brought up the "may premium" she's telling me that she can't call me back, I must call the billing department but she's the one who called me. Telling me it's not her fault that those two consultants gave me some wrong information and m like, so u not gonna try and resolve this just because it's not your fault, then why did u call me then?? I don't know whether vodacom is working with *********** consultants or they're ****ming people as a company but I don't want any premium going off my account in May, someone better call me and confirm that on a recorded line. I will not be dealing with Vodacom ever again going forward. I am working with customers as well and trust me I understand the frustration but I make sure when m done with a client, it doesn't have to come to a complain and having them to call back again about the same thing, this is horrible and plsssss make sure when u call me back u have listened to the recordings of all 3 conversations and tell me if m missing a point somewhere
