Horrible service from Vodacrom

<p>I am due for an upgrade to my vodacom contract. Call the vodashop online which proceeds to verify the phone i want and arrange delivery. A month later I find out from the courier service that the phone was not delivered as they could not get ahold of me. Asking what contact phone numbers they had been given they give 2 numbers that I have no idea where they got them. Needless to say the courier company would not be able to get ahold of me. The courier has returned the phone to vodacom. I call to ask what the status is, and they promise that a consultant would call me to correct the situation. This was last friday, to date no one has bothered to call and i am without an upgrade but will be paying for it at the month end.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom sucks as much as any mobile operator in this country. I will give Cell-C a try and see if they are also as terrible.</p>
