HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VODACOM ONCE AGAIN.

Last year in Jan/Feb 2016 a Vodacom fradulent account was opened using my details, Vodacom call centre sent me from pillar to post and they had little or no knowledge on how to assist me, everytime I phoned in I was given a new story, either i must wait for 3 Months, or they still havent received my documents I am supposed to send to them(after e-maling them 3 times and faxing them twice) or person dealing with my "query" forgot to forward the documents to ***** dept or the ***** dept is still dealing with the problem, the list goes on and on, this carried on for months, it was only afte I wrote my complain on this platform and within few days the matter was sorted or should i say i thought it was sorted, I received the following message from Vodacom and that let me believe that the matter was settled/fixed.

Dear Mr *******

As per the feedback received, the investigation has been completed. The connection has been confirmed as ********** and cancelled. The neccessary credits have been passed and the account closed.

Regards
Roderique Lategan

To my suprise on monday when doing an appliaction for a home Loan, I was told, I owe vodacom R1653,00 and my account is in arrears (what account)?. I could not bealive this, after months of torture and frustration and eventually being told the matter has been settled now am back to where I started. I have tried engaging Vodacom on this matter, and again I am faced with the same call center, Gugu tells me i must wait for 48 hours and I will receive a letter which will state that the matter has been sorted (48 hours later still no letter) and Lerato tells me I should have received the letter immediately, one says i must talk to legal department to get this letter and Jabulile in legal department says I must talk to ***** department about this (no answer in ***** dept) Lindokuhle in legal dept takes my details says someome from ***** will call me today, i believe today is gone and still nothing from Vodacom, and in the mean time I cannot buy a home for my family, I really cannot bealive that such a big company Like Vodacom can be so reckless and mess around with people lively hood. I NEED MY NAME CLEARED ONCE AND FOR ALL.
