Horrible service from Vodacom
From the 1st August 2020 i submitted my relocation form and until to date my fibre installation has not been done(SR***). The service from Vodacom is so terrible and unprofessional. On the 8th of October i received an interim LTE which is not activated i was told it takes 24 hours for activation and today is the 14th October and the LTE is not activated(SR***). what on earth do i need to do get this done. i am working from home and im so frustrated

I am so livid and frustrated i lost the whole day and i was forced to record leave day at work now because i could not connect because of Vodacom. i am consultant working from home and i bill based on the work i do and so far i have lost a lot of money. I called vodacom again today and guess what the story that i was told yesterday that the LTE sim is activated has now changed . Today i am told the sim is not activated and there's nothing they can do about they just have to wait until its done. The sad part is that this is affecting my job and they are getting paid at the end of the month . I cannot go another day without working. What is wrong with vodacom ??
This is totally unacceptable and disappointing. i also picked up that they also have the nerve of charging me for a service i have not used for a month and a half now . which is september and now it will be october.
The managers always promise to call me back but never do
i am so defeated and i wish they can just put their self in my shoes, i have a family to take care and if i am not paid how will i survive.
