Horrible service from Vodacom and its consultants

I must say, I am disappointed with the service from Vodacom and its consultants as well. One of the guys I spoke to hung up on me then I had to call again and speak to a rude girl. I spoke to a very rude girl by the name of Lolo, she doesn't deserve to be called a lady cauae she acted like a little girl. I app**** for a phone online last week, everytime I call I am being told the same thing or either raising sent from pillar to post. This particular girl had the nerve of raising her voice to me, please tell your consultants to be professional and after that she even hung up the phone on me yyeerr
