Horrible service from Vodacom and Elite mobile

I am so not happy with the treatment I’m getting from Vodacom. I am currently overcharged for my contract but no one is willing to assist me, instead I’m always sent from pillar to post. I asked for my refund but they are not responding, I’m told they are still busy with investigation despite all the evidence they have that I was sold lies by their alliance Elite mobile.

It been two months of being overcharged, and this is not acceptable.
