Horrible service from Vodacom

No star rating. This is the second time I have a problem with Vodacom agents calling me to upgrade my contract. I do the upgrade with the agent. However information that they give is not accurate. They do it just to make the sale and I have to sit repeatedly with Vodacom customer care on the phone who now block my number from 4 April till now without assisting me. I call the call centre 3 times and they blocked my number. I cannot resolve the issue. The lady said she will send a router with the package , no SIM card so I cannot use the device since my SIM card is for my phone and not the router which she knew. They billed me today the full amount but they didn’t pro rata any data. ??? Terrible service Vodacom. I cannot even call you to query Becsuee you have blocked my number !!! Pathetic
