HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Vodacom WiFi is the most useless network. I've been without WiFi since the 5th of Feb and today is the 23rd. I've been reporting this countless times spending hours on the phone. Everyday is the same story that they are sending a technician.Even in December it was the same story. I want a refund for this month. I'm using a smart TV and my kids can't even watch TV.
