Horrible service from Vodacom

I'm done begging for a cellphone contract with Vodacom... my experience has been horrible, treated like a nobody and not getting answers. I opened a cellphone contract early this month they kept on taking me back and forth but to no help, they kept on saying a consultant will call me but noooo I have to be the one that follows them to ask about the status. Vodacom is worse than covid, thinking about it will make you sick. I actually thought I'd come here to write a better review about it since my case was handled by Hellopeter but nooo. Vodacom is really a ****py network service
