Horrible service

I ordered a phone on line from Vodacom using a voucher and I checked the status it’s says order cancelled no bothered to call me and explain what is happening

I call the call center I am being sent from piller to post no one seems to know what’s happening then I was referred to the robot which kept telling me I am not using a Vodacom cell Ofcause I currently don’t have a Vodacom cell now o don’t have a phone and I don’t have my voucher as well
