Horrible service

I would like to share my experience at Vodacom Gateway theater shopping center at Umhlanga.

Last leat July 16 I bought a phone and a lady that assisted me advised me on adding a screan photector which cost R299. I felf it was a bit over priced, but was advised it has a warranty of 6mnths. I confirmed with a friend of mine how true was that since she also bought her phone a year ago, she confirmed and told me she has changed her screen protector twice at vodacom as long as u have a slip, they I was sold This year when I went to change my screan protector I wast told the warranty is 3mnths. Same lady who assisted me by the name Crystal refused to change my screen protector and said the warranty is 3mnths and she wouldn't told me it was 3mnths. Was very disappointed especially because I have a friend who has changed her one more than twice. She had a stinking attitude towards me and she was very aggressive. Horrible experience from Vodacom shop gateway. I will never buy anything from vodacom. Horrible service from Crystal.
