Horrible service delivery and even worse support

I had fibre installed around the end of November this year, I signed up immediately at the tents Vodacom had set up to promote fiber in our area a while back. After installation for what should be a 100/100mb line, I had gotten 10/2mb. A very friendly consultant suggested the night of installation that we wait until the next day for this to be resolved, it wasn't. I was given an email address and instructed to take screenshots of the performance of the line and send that to them, which I did, only to find that there is no technical support outside of "business hours" (you'll have to live with any issues you have over a weekend). I have since been waiting for this call from technical support and was greeted with a bill for the 100mb line, which I have never had the pleasure of experiencing. I have been on 2 calls with customer care and have sent numerous emails over this past week. I am now waiting for a "team leader" to contact me, most likely in vain again. I have been told on 3 occasions now that technical support will get in touch with me, which never happens. Worst part is, I can't even get assistance with cancelation, as they refuse to acknowledge that they have not provided the service they promised me. At this point, I would like simply to part ways with Vodacom, this is appalling an ********* to say the least. The feedback that you do get is a generic regurgitation of some script that call center agents are trained to read from, not to mention the fact that sending an email to customer care will only get you attention once you've sent about 3 about the same issue. Absolutely disgusting. People require action Vodacom, not promises and invoices for services that you are completely failing to deliver. People, think hard before choosing a fibre provider.

Still zero attempts at contact from Vodacom. It would seem that customer service is truly a thing of the past.
