Horrible service delivery

My experience with vodacom fibre is horrible, its been 5 days without any internet connection, you call you get different reasons and there is no one answer. I work from home and have to make alternative means so I can work, you try and apply for down time refund they don't assign. Its really horrible and I know nothing is going to change
