Horrible service

I need help with my account. I pre canceled my contract in August and for some reason it was not canceled instead insurances were added to it. My account has been deducted several times. Cash payments were made and I was told that the refund department will call me to arrange how I get my refund. Currently I'm on prepaid and still my account is being deducted. Can someone help to stop all this deductions and refund my cash.
