Horrible service by Vodacom ***** department

I have shared a review and Vodacom responded immediately to say a Consultant will contact me, guess what, I am still waiting. So this is exactly my experience with them, their sales Consultant conveniently fail to do security checks when ********** take contracts using people's identities but are so quick to block genuine people and FAIL to make follow ups and clear names upon realising ***** that took place.
