Horrible service

Your service is horrible.. for the past 3 weeks i have been explaining the same thing over and over again that i am waiting for my contract sim and the delivery attempt that skynet said they made.. they didn’t make it.. how many times must i explain.. why can’t you just send another sim since that one is hanging? Skynet says the parcel is with you guys. Thanks for inconveniencing me. I could have tried other networks for contract but unfortunately only Vodacom network is good where i stay. Wish i could say the same about your service
