Horrible service at Vodavom

I took my phone for repairs on 3 July 2022. The service has been horrible to say the least. Today its 28 July 2022 and my phone is not back. Firstly the repairs consultants who are taking the calls are not useful at all. Their names are Cynthia and Thelmaa. Cynthia feels that she is too high for customers and she treats you with disrespect. They gave the name of their manager in the repairs section. His name is Thabo. Thabo is even worse, he will not call you back despite all promises that "the manager will call you back". You are also not "allowed" to come him.

Just warning everyone who is about to sign a contract with Vodacom, look for another provider. When your phone is broken, they are not there for you.
