Horrible Service at Vodacom

They are greedy and pathetic , they literally moved me from one department to the other department , I paid thrice in one month for my account and they don't wanna refund me my money , how greedy can you be honestly use are **** and need some work to be done with your customer care/support agents , I work in customer service and honestly experiencing the bad service I received is honestly shocking , i honestly advise everyone not to support this **** hole of a company , I literally downloaded and started a account on Hellopeter today on a Saturday and such a beautiful hot day , I pretty sure that says enough about how upset I am about this company honestly your guys service is ****
