Horrible service

I’m so disappointed I bought a phone in January using payjoy at pep in gateway and the phone went off when I returned the phone to the store it went for repairs on the 28th I went to the store and Vodacom rep**** saying they gonna deliver the phone within a week when I went to the store on the 7th they said they gonna give me another phone since the phone went for repairs for more than 6 weeks no update today they telling another story I need the phone because I’m paying for it horrible service ever Vodacom and payjoy
