HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED with yours and Ram couriers services. My phone was meant to be delivered last week Thursday all we get were excuses. To date no even phone call they told us it will come on Friday. Then they said they cannot release it as they waiting for your go ahead!!! What utter nonsense? 2 weeks and we still waiting? You’re after sales service is totally down the drain!! You need to retrain your employees!!
