Horrible service!!!
I have been told that a consultant will call me since the 1st until today no one has called me and I have contacted RAM to come and collect the router and they did. It was delivered on the 8th of August to Vodacom but still today no one has contacted me and they have not refunded me nor removed the DebiCheck on my account.
