Horrible service

I have been trying to clear my account but I have been pushed around from one consultant to another. They advise me that they will transfer me to the relevant department, and then the relevant department has to transfer me to another relevant department. The service fr their customer support is horrible. I will not recommend the brand to anyone and I can't wait to get rid of my account. The only way forward is for a legal team to intervene and solve this matter.
