Horrible service
Bad experience again at Vodacom. I booked in my phone on the 29th of November for Repairs and they told me it take max 5 days. Today it is the 13 no feedback nothing. I received an sms saying my phone is back and they will contact me but no 1 did. I called in since Monday this week no answer and the people I find cannot assist with anything . I am just frustrated right now because I have been paying this insurance for the past 24months with no default but now all I find is this horrible service. M just irritated with Vodacom seems the people working there they just work for pay not to service people
