Horrible service!

I complained last week, then I got a beautiful reply here, a phone call and NOTHING further!!! NO feedback!! I have been waiting for a month for the product that I ordered from the Witbank Highveld mall store. Their phones still dont work! This is absolutely rediculous!!!!
