Horrible Service

I app**** for a contract. was approved. they dug up an old number that does not exist anymore, and now tells me i am not contactable so the order was cancelled!! Why not contact me on my number provided? rica on my ID, and a Vodacom number?? Customer care is the worst.... sorry for the inconvenience......and everytime you call they do a credit check and drops the credit score......i was tld now i do not qualify anymore??? Why?
