Horrible Service

I spoke to a call Centre agent on 3 January who messed my account up . She down graded me from a Red VIP to some small package where I don’t even get anytime minutes( there is a recording where I ask the agent to confirm my new benefits and the monthly payment , three times ! ) I then went to Vodaworld to ask for help and log a complaint -I made it clear to the consultant that logged my query that I want them to listen to the voice recording and thencall me back with a plan of action to resolve the matter .Nobody has called me yet, no benefits changed on my account and all I received was a sms to say the case is closed - nobody cares for their Clients at Vodacom. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ,I DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO A CALL CENTRE AGENT BUT A MANAGER , but you are not allowed to see a Manager or meet with a manger but I must just keep on paying .Nobody can help me or give me answer, every person I talk to have a different story .Every time I call the Contact Centre a new query gets logged and I get told to wait 72 hours for somebody to call me back, and in the meantime I sit and wait like an IDIOT !!!!!!!!Here are 2 case numbers *** - this one shows closed but nobody made contact or nothing changed on my account. This is the second case number *** . There is also a migration fee loaded of R4900 to go off my account at the end of this month. I am blocking all debit orders with my banker until Somebody at Vodacom shows me some respect and calls me to help me. This is pathetic, there is nobody to help resolve my problem and all the people I speak to can do is to log a query. I had enough of this bad service, horrible service. I will also be logging a complaint with the Consumer Councel .This is also not the first time I am battling to resolve a query, they take their own time and and your problem is your problem. This is pathetic and disgusting that I pay R3000 a month for a Vodacom account and have service like this - NO SERVICE. Wake up Vodacom and give your clients Service, we pay for our Contracts and don’t get them for free!!!!!!!!
