horrible service

i have received the worst service from vodacom. first it was the cancellation department lady who made me upgrade when i wanted to cancel. Then it was brian the team leader wen i was quering my debit order amount. Then Randall October who promised to follow after my initial comment on hello peter. This is pathetic service, I am going to reverse my debit orders until this matter is resolved. in fact i want to cancel this product. vodacom will not get a cent from me ever again. pathetic, disgusting, horrible service.<br>
