Horrible service

On 02 September I went to Vodacom 4 U store in Nicolway Bryanston for a contract upgrade on my number ***. I clearly explained to the consultant assisting me what kind of a package I was looking for. We agreed on a 36 months contract for R279. I then asked for the contract and she said it would be emailed to me the following day. I didn't receive the contract via email or copy. Being a vodacom contract customer for over 10 years I trusted I would be getting the same excellent service I have been getting from them. To my surprise I got a copy of the contract on the 30th of September it was completely different to what the consultant and I agreed on. The same I communicate with the consultant to find out why I was getting an invoice with a different amount to what we agreed on. She told me she was on leave and that someone would contact me to assist me. I waited and no one called me. I went into the store on 01 October and the store manager Precious said she would call on Monday the 4th of October. She didn't call me. Instead I received an email from the consultant explaining that the contract was R330 for 24 months and R279 was for 36 months. She also asked what time she should call me and I rep**** that I would be available from 16:30 and also reminded her that we agreed on R279 for 36 months nit R330 for 24 month. She never called me on the time we agreed on, I sent another email requesting feedback and she did not reply. On the 08th of October I got an sms that a query was logged, same day I got another sms that the query was closed. I don't know whether my query is resolved or not. The manager Precious and consultant Sibongile haven't bothered to contact me for any updates. I am disappointed that a trusted company like Vodacom has such poor service and the store managers are also contributing to poor service by not being of assistance to their customers. To date I haven't been contacted and now I have to pay for something I didn't agree to.
