Horrible Serce

I took my device for repair on the 18th March at Vodaworld up till tofay I cant get a straight answer ot my phone. All this time I am the one calling even now as I type I have been on the phone with voda insurance I have been holding for over an hour. A consult at voda repsirs told me they don't have parts for this kind of phone, and was told to contact the insurance onthe 7th of April I spoke to Lovedelia she said she has escalated the matter, haven't heard anything from her hence I callef again toda I am on the line with a gentleman have been holding since, he said he is contacting vodacom cause at first he said they are going to book my debice I told him it has been at vodaeorld since the 18th March that's when he said Ishould hold yet again and took my job numbet, this is unacceptable appauling service U have ever received. I've had thisconteact for more than 10 years and this istheki d of service a person should get.the call just dropped ii am ****ed off really I will never recommend voda repairs or insurance to anyone its not like they are doing me a favour I have been paying my insurance for yearsso what's the fuss
