Horrible purchase experience at vodacom store app

Horrible purchase experience at Vodacom store app, First I had to call 3 different departments at Vodacom to get the reference number that the black Friday app deals on the mobile app are in the rewards department. after all that frustration they confirmed a delivery, they delivered a voucher that will be fulfilled by Digital planet. What a **** show of a company Digital Planet. they are completely brain dead and cont deliver a service, keep postponing delivery dates. their whats app business experience is horrible and their call center!! I am not going to buy from Vodacom store ever again!

So disappointed spending so much money and having nothing for it. been weeks now.
