Horrible pathetic Service
I had a contract with Vodacom , and they referred my account to agency for collections. I paid the amount which was requested, I subsequently requested settlement letter which was sent. I was informed that my credit score will be update in TAT of 21 working days. It has been over 30 working days and my credit score was never updated. What kind of a service is that. I paid what was required but still shows I owe R795.

If not I am more than willing to take legal actions because you sent me a correspondence which constitutes that my credit record will be updated in 21 working days and in the court of law and as per NCR that will be proof enough. My name is tarnished, I cannot get hired I cannot apply for anything.
