Horrible Online Order Service

I placed an order online for a new phone. Firstly, they had advertised next day delivery. This did not happen. I was supposed to received the phone today from RAM. I didn't receive the phone because when RAM called the number on the delivery papers, it was incorrect. Someone at Vodacom made up a cellphone number. RAM are saying that they cannot come back because they have left the area. I'm leaving for two weeks this evening and the Vodacom call centre agent says that I cant collect the phone myself even though I offered. Now I have no choice but to cancel the order.
