horrible / non existing / pathetic / useless ......
sent hundreds of emails ....
And it continuous .... NO IMPROVEMENT .....
There is also no time frame for me to stop COMPLAINING about your service …….
Their excuses as per email is: and this is a direct quote from the email ....
"There is a planned tower ( CEN_411_AS_35 ) and there is no time frame for completion. Regards Vodacom Consumer Website Team"
AND STILL NOTHING IS DONE ..... just tell me we must keep your mouth shut and stop complaining .....
