Horrible network and No professionalism at all

I will never have a contract with them again I closed my account and paid up my account last year already I tried to call them so they can remove my name from the credit bureau but it's still reflecting that I owe them even the paid up letter does not work for me when I want to make a personal loan they are most horrible network ever I will bad mouth this network on every social media platform ??????
