horrible network

<p>So this is my 3rd review ,and this is simply becouse vodacom only pays attention when reported,I have been waiting for their retentions team and network to tell me what should happen with the problen I have been having with them,all they are good at is cutting my calls en all but not fixing the issue,whats worse is evertime I called they tell me my case from the Network team has been closed without resolution and they dont knw why.everymonth I have to call them en my issue is never attended to,I keep receiving texts abt someone calling me but I never get those calls .am gnna take this further if not dealt with before friday,calling the customer service is the worst thing ever spoken to incompitent agents like.Lesego.Malvin,dipuo and a very rude manager called Rouwen or something.am sick of this and last month they cut me off while I was busy planning a wedding .they do not care about their customers at all </p>
