Horrible internet speeds - contract!

On 3 December I logged a complaint on Hello Peter. I received a phone call on 5 December and was asked to take screenshots of the LTE speed I complained about. I did this on the very same day, and sent further screenshots on 6 December. The contract I took out is 100Mbps - however the speeds I get vary between 3Mbps and 10Mbps. My internet is extremely slow - pages and videos do not load - Netflix and other streaming sites take forever to play content - I am unable to work from home efficiently. The list goes on. Now you would think after contacting Vodacom, they would want to assist me because this is a brand new 36 MONTH contract. On 8 December I followed up. On 11 December I followed up again. I was then told the matter is with their technical team. I asked what the next steps are and what the estimated response time from the technical team will be. On 13 December I missed a call from ********** and I received an SMS saying Vodacom tried to contact me. I immediately emailed the team I had been corresponding with to ask that they get the relevant person to call me back as I had missed the call. It was also weird that nobody bothered emailing me an update, since we had been corresponding via email since 5 December. I'm not even going to get into that. On 18 December I followed up. On 19 December I followed up again. On 20 December I followed up yet again and receive an email saying "the technical team have been unsuccessful in their attempts to contact me" - mind blown - the team tried contacting me one time on 13 December and since then there has been radio silence. I logged a second complaint on Hello Peter. Someone contacted me to ask for my location - and to change settings on my router. This was done on my side and I have been monitoring the speeds since. The speeds are TERRIBLE and never over 20Mbps. Over the last few days the light on my router has been yellow even after multiple restarts - the signal light is NEVER light green or green.

I cannot continue to utilise this service as, in my view, it is NON-EXISTENT.

Vodacom needs to either (i) sort this out immediately - meaning I get speeds over (at least) 70% of what they advertise; or (ii) cancel this contract. Upon taking out this contract your website indicated to me that the relevant speeds are available for my address - obviously this was a lie.

I now intend lodging a complaint with ICASA and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman if this complaint is not resolved to my satisfaction.

Thanks, but following my complaint above, I spoke to someone named Dylan from your technical team. Am I understanding correctly that now I need to speak to someone in your network team as well? When is this going to be sorted out? Its been months of endless frustration and unstable internet.
