Horrible! Horrible! Horrible Vodacom

<p>I bought a phone three weeks ago, it was an upgrade. two weeks later the phone has a screen problems. I bring it in and they tell me it has liquid damage, mind you I have never dropped it in water or anything of the sort. now they want me ronpay for a contract phone that is three weeks old and ruined. Never! I have been with Vodacom for 10 years and I am moving to another provider. You do not treat customers fairly and I am taking this to the ombudsman. </p>
