Horrible Horrible experience- never again

<p>I really dont know whats happening with vodacom, i was supposed to receive my phone, it was returned twice, now they are telling me that i have to do another order as that order will be cancelled. So now i have to do upgrade for the third time, you must be joking in a month. and dont just respond with the automatic response, follow up on the matter and give my my phone as i am not going to do the third order....pathetic service</p>
